Our products are produced specifically for you when you place order, so we do not allow returns or refunds on products that are received in good condition. If the products you receive are defective, damaged, or the wrong item, see instructions below.
Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your items when you receive them and contact us within 5 business days if they are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s, so we can evaluate the issue and make things right. Please include pictures that clearly show the damage or defect, or we cannot issue any kind of refund or replacement. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund it.
